For an example, a standard (stage 3) residential HOARDER clean out will cost ~$4,500 (price includes the first dumpster rental). Each additional dumpster rental needed will be $500 each. Each dumpster holds 30 yards (5 tons). This price will cover a moderate hoarder level content, a single-story house, 3 bedroom - 2 bathroom, the garage, and moderate attic content.
