How Much Will My Property Clean Out Cost?

For a reference, a standard (stage 3) residential HOARDER clean out will cost ~$4,500 (included first dumpster rental) plus any additional dumpster rental expenses ($500 each). Each dumpster holds 30 yards (5 tons).  This price will cover a moderate hoarder level content, a single-story house, 3 bedroom - 2 bathroom, and the garage. The house content must be pre-searched for valuables / keepsakes. Everything goes. House must be unoccupied.
